After our original design concepts are developed they are passed on to our CAD programmer. Using TAM" software to translate them into machining language our designs are then sent to our milling machines.
Computer aided milling machines equipped with a rotational 4th-axis provide us with the capability to incorporate unique design elements into our cues, while holding tolerance to within one thousands of one inch.
Our experienced McDermott finish artisans apply stain coloration by hand, one cue at a time; with an exacting eye for consistency to bring the most out of the natural beauty of the wood

Our inlays are cut from a wide variety of exotic woods, precious metals, pearl, ivory and specialty composites. Each inlay is patiently inset into each cue by hand to insure a perfect fit.
Over twenty quality assurance inspection steps in one of the few climactically controlled facilities in the industry, specifically optimized for wood crafting create a quality cue with a lifetime of playing enjoyment
